When we decided to start a fitness program either dance or yoga. We all should have some knowledge to know when should start? How should we start? These two questions are more important to come to a conclusion. Art is not a formal activity to do whenever we are available. Both dance and yoga have their own grammar. There are many dos and don’ts into it. We should follow and learn it in a proper way.
First of all, we have to find a well-experienced trainer. Choosing a trainer is the most important step to start dance or yoga. Without a trainer, we should never start on our own ideas. Learning through online videos is really not advisable because we have no clue about our body condition. A proper trainer will have the knowledge to guide us.
Two important aspects to follow:
- Proper diet
- Practice Time
From my knowledge diet is not reducing the amount of food intake. Diet is a proper schedule chart for food intake. Complete nutrition requires ingestion and absorption of vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids from protein and essential fatty acids from fat-containing food, also food energy in the form of carbohydrate, protein, and fat. Dietary habits and choices play an important role in the quality of life, health, and longevity.
Of course, there is no use of practicing fitness program without a diet chart. After learning any fitness activities few people used to feel like I’ve no improvement in my body. Here we should look into their diet chart and come to a conclusion for their queries.
Actually eating on time is the best diet I can say. In this fast world, no one has time to finish their breakfast on time especially women. They actually forget to eat on time due to their morning duties for children, parents, and husband.
The word breakfast has the meaning itself break the fast. So skipping breakfast is worse for health. Following a foreign diet, charts are not advisable. We have different climatic conditions in our place. So don’t choose your diet chart from a foreigner. Choosing the right food charts for your body condition is advisable. We can eat a good amount of healthy food (not junk foods) daily on time. That is more enough for our health.
One should practice yoga in the morning or at least two to four hours after eating a meal. If it is a drink leave at least 30 minutes and start practice. But never practice in an empty stomach. And I don’t advise night time workouts. Here proper sleep playing a major part for a day. A human should sleep 6-8 hours a day for a healthy life. A machine shouldn’t run 24 hours. Likewise, our body needs rest. A power nap in the noontime after a meal is increasing energy level in our body.
So kindly follow a good diet and manage your workout time for a healthy result in doing fitness program.
